Privacy Policy

What we store

Your account email and password hash; the recordings you upload and the processed results; job metadata (duration, price, processing metrics); and payment references. Card numbers never touch our servers; payments are handled by Stripe.

How your recordings are processed

Transcription is performed by our processing partner AssemblyAI: your audio is transmitted to them for that purpose and is subject to their data-processing terms. GPU processing runs on Modal; files are stored with Cloudflare R2; emails are sent via Resend.

Retention

Uploaded files and processed results are automatically deleted 30 days after the job completes. Job metadata (without media) is retained for accounting. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Sign-in providers

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft we receive only your email address and its verification status; no other profile data is stored.

Cookies

We set one session cookie, used solely to keep you signed in, a strictly necessary cookie, which is why you see no consent banner. During payment, our payment processor Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention. There are no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

YouTube API Services

Our internal prospect-research tooling uses YouTube API Services to search public channel and video metadata. This website does not embed YouTube content and collects no data from your YouTube account. The metadata that tooling retrieves is used only for internal business research and is never shown to users; apart from channel and video identifiers, it is deleted or refreshed within 30 days. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: google.com/policies/privacy
